Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, purchases, deliveries, and business interactions with AATASH BIO PELLETING, located at Gat No. 618, Yewale Wasti, Perane, Pune – 412216. By placing an order or engaging in business with AATASH BIO PELLETING, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms.

1. Products & Specifications

AATASH BIO PELLETING manufactures and supplies:

  • Bamboo Bio-Mass Pellets / Co-Fuelling Pellets
  • Animal Feed Pellets

All pellets are produced using standardized manufacturing and quality-control processes. Specifications such as calorific value, ash content, moisture percentage, and density may vary slightly between batches due to natural variations in raw materials.

The company reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice for operational or quality improvement reasons.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Orders must be placed in writing through email or official purchase order.
  • Order confirmation depends on product availability, production capacity, and internal approval.
  • Custom orders may require additional lead time and advance payment.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices are communicated through formal quotations and remain valid for the period stated.
  • Taxes, transportation, and packaging charges are additional unless specified otherwise.
  • Payment terms will be mentioned on the invoice. Delayed payments may attract penalties.
  • Dispatch may be withheld for pending or overdue payments.

4. Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery timelines depend on order size, raw material supply, and logistics conditions.
  • Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched from the facility.
  • The company is not liable for delays caused by transportation issues, strikes, or natural events.

5. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Products undergo strict quality checks for moisture, ash content, calorific value, and density. Buyers are advised to inspect goods upon delivery. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence.

6. Returns, Replacement & Claims

Returns or replacements are accepted only when:

  • Manufacturing defects are identified
  • Quality deviations exceed acceptable standards
  • Incorrect products are delivered

Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, the company may offer a replacement or credit note. No returns will be accepted for issues caused by:

  • Improper storage
  • Moisture absorption after delivery
  • Customized pellet orders

7. Warranties & Limitations

AATASH BIO PELLETING ensures responsible sourcing, eco-friendly manufacturing, and consistent quality. However, no guarantee is made regarding performance outcomes affected by:

  • Incorrect boiler or burner settings
  • Poor storage conditions
  • Equipment inefficiencies

Liability will not exceed the invoice value of the goods supplied.

8. Storage & Handling Responsibility

After delivery, the buyer must store pellets in:

  • A dry environment
  • Covered storage spaces
  • Elevated or palletized platforms

The company is not responsible for quality degradation caused by improper handling.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, documentation, product data, and marketing material belong to AATASH BIO PELLETING. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Distributor & Dealer Policy

Distributors must follow agreed pricing, branding guidelines, and ethical sales practices. Supply commitments, marketing material, and support programs are provided based on mutual agreement.

11. Compliance & Regulations

AATASH BIO PELLETING adheres to environmental, manufacturing, and industry standards. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant local or industry regulations when using the products.

12. Termination of Business Relationship

The company may terminate supply or business relations if:

  • Payments are repeatedly delayed
  • Products are misrepresented
  • Terms are violated

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
