Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and replacements may be requested for products purchased from AATASH BIO PELLETING, Gat No. 618, Yewale Wasti, Perane, Pune – 412216.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects in the delivered product
  • Quality parameters falling outside the agreed specifications
  • Incorrect or mismatched product delivered

Requests outside these conditions will not qualify for return or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized pellets manufactured as per buyer specifications
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Products affected by moisture absorption or contamination post-delivery
  • Goods that have already been used, partially consumed, or altered

3. Reporting a Claim

Any return or replacement request must be:

  • Submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods
  • Supported with clear photographic or video evidence
  • Accompanied by the invoice and delivery details

Claims submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Verification

Upon receiving a claim:

  • The quality team will review the evidence provided
  • Additional inspection may be conducted if required
  • The company will determine whether the claim is valid based on quality standards and delivery logs

Verification is usually completed within 3–7 working days.

5. Replacement Policy

If a claim is approved:

  • A replacement batch will be dispatched at no additional cost
  • Delivery timelines for replacement products will depend on stock and production schedule
  • In some cases, the company may offer a credit note instead of a replacement

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided when:

  • Replacement is not feasible
  • The company confirms a manufacturing defect and approves refund
  • The incorrect product was delivered and return pickup is completed

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Natural variations in raw material affecting color or texture
  • Buyer-side handling or storage issues
  • Delay in consumption or inventory management

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

7. Return Logistics

  • If the claim is approved, return shipping arrangements will be communicated by the company
  • The buyer must ensure returned goods are sealed, intact, and safely packed
  • Any additional damage during return transit due to improper packing may void the claim

8. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only if:

  • The order has not entered production
  • The dispatch process has not begun

For bulk and customized orders, cancellations may not be allowed after confirmation.

9. Limitation of Liability

AATASH BIO PELLETING’s liability is limited to:

  • Replacement of defective goods, or
  • Issuing a refund/credit note as per company policy

The company is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from operational downtime
  • Buyer-side machinery or burner issues
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Policy Updates

AATASH BIO PELLETING reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective once published or communicated.
